RivoHire was founded after noticing how often candidates finish interviews without knowing what actually went wrong. Too many people prepare alone, repeat the same mistakes, and never receive feedback they can truly act on.

This is still an early-stage product, and that matters to us. We want to grow carefully, stay honest about what the platform can do, and keep listening to the candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams it is meant to serve.

RivoHire did not begin as a polished brand idea. It began as a real response to real interview moments — the unanswered doubts, the nervous pauses, the unclear rejections, and the need for a better way to practice, evaluate, and improve.
