One problem, many approaches

You know how you solve it. Do you know how everyone else does?

Two candidates can know the same topic and present it completely differently. Interviewing others exposes you to approaches you may never see while practicing alone.

Different problem-solving approaches

See how different candidates break down the same problem.

Different communication styles

Notice how strong candidates explain complex ideas clearly.

Different trade-off thinking

Learn how others compare alternatives and defend decisions.

Different interview behavior

Observe how people clarify requirements, handle pressure, and respond to follow-ups.

Every interview gives you another perspective to compare with your own.

Interviewer managing availability and scheduling interviews

Build your profile

Show candidates what you can help them with.

Your profile explains what you know and what you can interview: full and display name, designation, companies, experience, technical skills, bio, timezone, fee preference, and available time slots.

Applications are reviewed before profiles become active and visible for scheduling.

Build My Profile

Choose how you appear

Your expertise can be visible without making your identity public.

Onboarding stores your full name and a separate virtual/display name. Use your real name or a virtual interviewer name based on how you want candidates to see you. Your account identity remains retained for safety and moderation.

Common questions

Before you create your profile.

Who can become an interviewer?+

Technical professionals can submit an interviewer profile with their experience, expertise, bio, identity preference, fee choice, and availability. Profiles are reviewed before becoming visible.

Can I set my own interview price?+

Yes. Paid profiles can set an hourly fee in INR or USD. Changing currencies does not convert the fee; enter the amount you want for the selected currency.

Can I offer interviews for free?+

Yes. A profile can currently choose Free Interview or Paid Interview as its active fee preference and update that choice later.

Can I use a virtual name?+

Yes. Onboarding keeps your full name and also provides a required virtual/display-name field so you can choose how candidates see you.

How do interview requests work?+

Candidates or recruiters send a request with interview context. Requests appear in the interviewer workspace and are confirmed only after acceptance.

Can I accept or decline requests?+

Yes. The request workflow supports acceptance, decline, and rescheduling where applicable.

Do I provide feedback after an interview?+

Yes. Interviewers can save draft feedback and submit structured ratings, observations, strengths, improvement areas, and an overall summary.

Can I still use RivoHire as a candidate?+

Yes. Interviewer tools use the existing user account and workspace model, so you can still access individual practice without creating a separate identity.
